Terms & Conditions

• OTS covers software installation and setup of new devices. It excludes physical mounting of devices. Our mounting services is from $20/- per device and electric power point is from $80/- per point subject to length and height of the installation. Please contact us for a quotation.
• Service Operating Hours – Mon to Sat - 11 am to 8pm.
• Upon purchased of OTS, customer is required to make appointment with HAT through HAT Hotline - 6586-7777 or support@hat.services
• Hotline Operating Hours: Mon to Sat - 10:00am to 7:00pm. Excluding Public Holiday.
• HAT is not responsible to any uninstallable devices due compatibility or unforeseen 3rd party issues
• For product that bundled with multiple devices, the number of device count will be based on the multiple devices bundled instead of one.
example:- Netgear Arlo Pro Smart Security System with 3 Cameras (VMS4330) - the number of device for this product is 3 (three) as there are 3 cameras to be setup and install.
• All devices to be installed in a single Location at the same time.

• All HAT OTS is to be utilized within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• All OTS will comes with a service warranty of 3 days. Service warranty do not cover transport charges. Customer is required to pay a minimum of S$20/- for each warranty on-site service call. There will be no transport charges should issue is resolved remotely.
